Carlton Town FC need help to improve ground before big pre-season clash against Merthyr Town

Gary “Boatsy” Clarke has called on Carlton Town fans and committee to help him in one last big push to have the New Stand and Beer Garden Ready for the prestigious friendly.

Fans of Carlton Town fans and the committee are being asked to help out in a bid to have their new stand and beer garden ready for their prestigious friendly against Merthyr Town next weekend

The Millers take on the Welsh side in their biggest pre-season fixture on Saturday (15) at 3.30pm.

The club now fear time is running out to have the works completed on time for the big match.

Club chiefs are now looking for help from anyone who can come down and help complete works on the ground this coming Thursday (13) evening from teatime onwards.

Volunteers can contact commercial chief Gary ‘Boatsy’ Clarke, who is managing the works, on 07907 064189
