You can now watch a run down property in Netherfield being transformed into a modern low-cost home in this new video released by local developers Think Big Developments.
The developers revamped the property in Dunstan Street in just four weeks and it’s the second low-cost home they have now created in the town.
Not only did the town gain a new home following the completion of the project, but twenty students were also given the opportunity to develop their building skills as part of an initiative with New College Nottingham.
