Gedling borough planning applications: House-to-shop plan in Arnold and consent wanted to turn home into classroom

Here is a round-up of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide. 

Plans to create 33 new homes in Ravenshead and proposals to change supermarket signange are among the applications that have been submitted to Gedling Borough Council this week.

House extensions and new dwellings proposals make up most of the applications submitted to Gedling Borough Council over the last week.

Planning application for Listed Building Consent to divide existing office spaces into smaller offices and form a new kitchen at ground floor as well as relocate the first-floor kitchen into an existing office space.
