Four men have been arrested after a ‘disturbance’ in a street in Bestwood Park on Monday night (20).
Two men and a woman, all in their 20s, were taken to hospital following the incident in Grierson Avenue and Beckhampton Road at around 9.50pm. They have since been discharged.
Four men, aged 26, 23, 21 and 20, have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm in connection with the incident and were today being questioned by officers.
A 36-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage following an incident at a house in Grierson Avenue at around 10.45pm yesterday. She also remains in police custody.
Officers are also investigating a suspected arson attack at another house in Grierson Avenue a short time later. Enquiries are ongoing.
