The charges follow an incident on June 7, 2017. A police officer saw a vehicle in the Strelley area acting suspiciously and signalled for it to stop but the driver failed to do so.

He was then pursued through Strelley and then Broxtowe.

The driver crashed while being pursued and fled the scene on foot. He was chased, detained and arrested.

Turley has been released on bail to appear at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on 22 June 2017.
