The duo were quickly picked after impressing an interview panel with their enthusiasm and commitment to the care and education of young people.

A spokesman for Hazel Hurst School said: “The school found both Central College and Gedling Borough Council immensely helpful with sourcing committed and enthusiastic young people and looks forward to future collaborations to help find similar young people stimulating and fulfilling work.”
