Route planning

To plan your vacation, use a special application or notes on your smartphone. Some people create multiple folders on their phones. One indicates the flight numbers, the other the departure time, the third the hotel addresses, and the fourth the expenses.

What to take with you

Make a short list of what things you will need on vacation, considering the time of year. If your luggage is too big, think about what you can do without it and leave it at home. In addition to clothes, be sure to take with you:

  • money and documents;
  • first aid kit;
  • phone and charger;
  • inexpensive mp3 player;
  • water for the journey;
  • hygiene products, including wet wipes.

Personal safety

To make your trip go well, follow the basic rules:

  • read in advance about the peculiarities of the country you are traveling to;
  • if your vacation is in an exotic place, get the necessary vaccinations;
  • drink only bottled and sealed water;
  • do not eat where there is no running water or toilet.

Proper nutrition

To travel and stay healthy, you need to watch your diet. Typically, people consume more heavy food and alcohol on vacation than at home. Of course, you can sometimes allow yourself to relax, but you also need to remember about your health. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet, as well as foods rich in protein. This can help you feel good throughout your vacation.

Interaction with local residents

By interacting with the locals, you can have a unique and exciting experience that will add new colors to your trip. When going on a trip to any country, you should carefully study the traditions and behavioral characteristics that are accepted there. You can learn a few basic phrases in the local language to make your trip more comfortable. Also, don’t forget about non-verbal communication. Remember that the meaning of gestures may vary in different parts of the world. Make sure you use the right signs to get your point across. If you learn about the country’s peculiarities in advance, you can avoid awkward situations and also show your respect for people.

And, of course, don’t forget about health insurance, which will help you get quality medical care if necessary. We wish you pleasant and safe travels!
