Netherfield is aiming to host the borough’s first Pride event to celebrate the area’s LGBTQ+ communities.
The celebration is taking place around the town centre this Saturday (20) from 11am until late.
The main day event is on from 11am-4pm. There will be craft stalls, LGBT+ creators, drag artists, live performances, live music, kids activities and much more
Local pub It’s Inn The Bank’ will be serving hot food during the main pride event, with vegan and veggie options available.
From 4:30pm until 6:30pm you can then head over to The Corner Café in Netherfield for their delicious Bistro Night.
In the evening a great night of comedy has been lined up at Connect Netherfield cafe on Victoria Road. The comedy night takes place from. 19:30 onwards hosted by Late-Stage Comedy. Tickets available here https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/396017688567
