Arnold post office to move into new ‘AMP’ building next month

A post office in Arnold will be relocating to a new multi-million pound building in the town centre next month

The Post Office branch on Worrall Avenue will shut and then move into one of the seven units available at the new Arnold Market Place (AMP) building.

The move was confirmed by local Gedling Borough councillors David and Roxanne Ellis on their Facebook page

‘The AMP’ is Gedling Borough Council’s exciting new multi-million pound development of the former market place situated at the heart of Arnold town centre.

A consultation with local people was held before the move was agreed.

The Worral Avenue branch will close on Tuesday July 12 at 17:30 – with the new branch opening on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 13:00.
