A group of talented young singers based at an academy in Netherfield have been invited to bring festive cheer to shoppers in Notts next week.
Children from the Rebecca Lomas Academy of Voice will be taking to the stage and performing at Winter Wonderland in the Market Square on December 8 at 2pm.
They will then perform with the Winterbelles harmony trio, who take to the stage at 2.30pm.
The successful Academy, which was set up in 2017, is run from the Loco Centre in Netherfield and classes take place each Wednesday.
Academy owner and local singer Rebecca Lomas told Gedling Eye: “The children have worked so hard for this and it’s such an amazing opportunity for them to showcase their talent to people in Nottingham.
The Acacdemy is also on the look out for young new singers to join the classes from January.
