Gedling borough residents will see a changeable and rather cool day ahead with some further heavy showers on Sunday.
According to forecasters at the Met Office, today will be rather cloudy in the west at first but some pleasant sunny spells elsewhere. Showers will once again develop in the late morning, heavy and slow-moving, particularly in the east where a rumble of thunder possible. Fewer showers in the west. Maximum temperature 21 °C.
Some prolonged clear spells overnight, perhaps allowing a few fog patches to develop in prone locations. Minimum temperature 11 °C.
Bank holiday Monday is expected to be bright or sunny at first but becoming increasingly cloudy in the morning, with a few isolated showers breaking out in the afternoon. Dry and largely clear during the evening. Maximum temperature 21 °C.
