Councillors have backed a report which found many of the county’s twelve current sites are congested, too cramped and cause traffic problems.

Boxer Jordan gets Arnold club’s season off to flying start

The new amateur boxing season got off to flying start for Arnold School of Boxing.

Their welterweight elite star boxer Jordan Bradley put in one of his best performances to date and secured a victory over Chesterfield ABC’s challenger Drew Douglas.

Arnold School of Boxing coach Clinton McPhilbin said: “Jordan will now be looking at challenging for national honours having impressed last season.”

The club currently putting together their amateur boxing show which takes place on Friday, November 4 at Arnold Liberal Club on West Street in Arnold.
