Suspect in attempted Sherwood TSB bank robbery caught on CCTV camera

CCTV images of a man wanted in connection with an attempted robbery of a bank in Sherwood have been released.

At around 9.10am, on April 29, 2016, a man walked into TSB on Mansfield Road and made a demand for money.

He left empty-handed and nobody was harmed.

The man is described as white, clean shaven, around 5ft 8ins tall, of a slim build and in his early 20s.

He was wearing a dark bobble hat and dark, ski-style glasses which wrap around the face.

He was described as wearing a dark/blue, zip-up fleece jacket with white patterns across the chest and arms.

The man left TSB and headed onto Newstead Street on foot.
