Police hunt for robber who threatened staff at Sherwood store with baseball bat

Nottinghamshire Police have today released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection with a robbery at a convenience store in Sherwood.

A man holding a baseball bat threatened staff and escaped with £300 cash and some bottles of spirits from the Londis store in Valley Road.

It happened at 8.10pm on Tuesday, September 20, 2016.

He wearing a black hoody with a distinctive zip and black tracksuit bottoms.

Anyone with information is urged to contact DC Rob Palethorpe at Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 814 of 20 September, 2016.
