The owner of a new gym opening in Netherfield next week said he wants to create a no-judgement space where local people can come and get fit, have fun and get healthy.

TBH Bootcamps gym opens next week and will be based in an old car showroom on Victoria Road next to Carlton Station.

It is being run by Tom Buckle, who said wants to cater for men and women that don’t feel like the gym is for them but want to get back into fitness and a regular exercise routine.

Mr Buckle told Gedling Eye: “TBH Bootcamps aims to be a no-judgement space to come and get fit, have fun and get involved in an incredible community.

“Running various Bootcamps sessions, including the Heart Rate Bootcamp, Hybrid Bootcamp and Build Bootcamp, there will be sessions to suit everyone, no matter their level of fitness.

“Bootcamp sessions are all coached by personal trainers who are dedicated to making the workouts beneficial for the individual.

He added: “Exercises can be adjusted to suit fitness levels, goals and any areas of weakness. This hands-on approach ensures clients get the most out of their workout, building up their fitness and, importantly, confidence.

TBH Bootcamps opens on January 16.
