Netherfield Indian restaurant and takeaway repossessed

A Netherfield Indian restaurant and takeaway has been repossessed by a debt recovery firm on behalf of tge landlord.

Notices appeared over the weekend in the windows of Fire and Spice restaurant and takeaway on Victoria Road.

The document states: “These premises have been seized on the authority of the landlord.

“Notice is hereby served and forfeiture of lease effected. No unauthorised persons are permitted entry unless with the prior consent and knowledge of Debt Squared Group or the landlord/managing agent”

The restaurant and takeaway had achieved a five-star food hygiene rating from Gedling Borough Council
