Provisional estimates made by Nottinghamshire County Council say 85.5 percent of households could pay less council tax, although this rate would have to be set by the new council.

  • So the consultation states people don’t want a Super Council, and their first thoughts are to run a consultation again until they get the answer they want?

  • Why not send a consultation out to every house not everyone is on the net. Selective audience
