A man from Gedling who works locally as a DJ has been left devastated after hundreds of pounds worth of professional audio equipment was stolen from his vehicle.

Jordan Cumberpatch said the equipment was stolen from his car yesterday morning (May 28) while it was parked on Stoke Lane.

He is now appealing to those who may have information to help him recover the equipment.

Mr Cumberpatch said: “Why would someone rob a person who is working so hard to make a go of this?

“I think I’ve been watched as someone obviously knows what I do in my spare time.”

If you have any information about the theft contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101.
