Carlton patients urged to have say on access to GP services

Bookmark

Patients in Carlton are being invited to have their say on access to primary care services like GP appointments by taking part in a new NHS survey.

NHS chiefs want to hear from patients about their experiences when trying to access services and also get a better understanding about what impact putting Willows Medical Centre into special measures has had on patients and surgeries in the area.

People in Carlton who wish to take part can do so online by going to www.surveymonkey.com/r/GPCarlton, by filling in a form at their surgery or by calling 0800 028 3693 (option 2) and request either a survey is sent by post or you can complete over the phone.
