Provisional estimates made by Nottinghamshire County Council say 85.5 percent of households could pay less council tax, although this rate would have to be set by the new council.

    So the consultation states people don’t want a Super Council, and their first thoughts are to run a consultation again until they get the answer they want?

    Why not send a consultation out to every house not everyone is on the net. Selective audience
